2021 Program Calendar
Updates for Summer 2021
As many factors in our planning remain unpredictable due to covid-19, please be prepared to be flexible. We are developing plans to adapt the camp experience to reduce the risk of covid-19 exposure while at camp. We will send out information on these changes by mid-May. If there is information in that plan that you are not comfortable with, you will be able to cancel your session (information on refunds below). Here are some changes and notes for the summer:
Extra sessions & lower numbers per session
We have added an extra main session and an extra teen week this summer to allow us to lower enrollment numbers in each session while trying to meet community interest in camp.
Main Sessions and Teen Weeks will be shortened one day and will go from Monday evening to Saturday morning. This will give us additional time to make sure we are able to adjust to changes that come up during the summer, regarding staffing, cabin assignments, or health concerns.
Teen week age limit increased
Having added an extra teen week we are able to open it up to kids entering grade 11 for this summer, as these campers missed attending what would have been their last session in 2020.
We will accept cancellations at any time prior to the start of a session for any reason, such as an illness, unplanned change to schedule, or significant anxiety. Should campers desire to withdraw their attendance, we will refund your balance minus the non-refundable deposit. *Due to the many unpredictable challenges families are facing this year, we are able to refund deposits upon request in 2021.* Please inform us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations so we can open up your spot for another camper to attend. Should we choose to cancel a session prior to its start, we will offer a full refund. You can cancel online or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
