Christmas at the Lodge | December 3rd

Experience the beauty of camp in winter and join us by the warmth of the fireplace for mingling with drinks and great food at our annual Christmas at the Lodge fundraiser. This event allows us to come together to help support our mission, provide exceptional facilities, and ensure that Manitou will continue to inspire youth for years to come. This event includes transportation, raffles, silent and live auctions, dinner, and drinks all in the spirit of camp! See evening schedule and event details down below.

Cost: $150/person ($100 of ticket price is tax-deductible)

Event Details


You can reserve bus transportation for anyone who would like it during online registration. Buses will begin loading outside the Eau Claire YMCA at 4:15 pm and will leave at 4:30 pm. The buses will depart after the program around 10:00 pm.


5:30 Hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and silent auction


7:00 Silent auction closes; Heads/Tails raffle in Dining Hall; Guests move to Main Lodge


7:15 Dinner

8:15 Presentation of the Spirit of Manitou Award

8:30 Live auction

10:00 Buses depart from Camp Manitou


Typical attire is dressy casual and please dress according to the weather since you will be walking outside between buildings and buses. 

What to Bring

If you are interested in participating in our raffles make sure to bring some cash. For auction winners, we will now be accepting credit card and check payments at the end of the event. We can also send a bill after the event for those that prefer.
