Family Camp | All Ages with Adult
June 5-7 & August 14-16
Kick-off summer with the whole family up at camp! This session is great for families with kids of all ages. We offer many of the same opportunities as our Main Camp with games, crafts, hobby activities, and open swimming and boating. Camp counselors keep the energy high as they lead activities and campfires and encourage all kids to get involved! This is a great opportunity for parents who are unsure if their kids are ready for camp on their own. Check-in time is 4:00-6:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Click here for a packing list.
Sailing Camp | Entering grades 5-9
Sailing Camp A: June 14-20
Sailing Camp B: June 28-July 4
This program is for campers who are excited to sail. All levels of ability have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge of sailing. Campers practice on our Butterfly sailboats and then move up to larger boats in our fleet including a Hobie 16 and C-Scow. In the evenings and when the winds are light, campers will have opportunities to do activities with our Main Camp as well.
Mini Week | Entering grades 2-5
Mini July 7-11
A 4-day version of our Main Camp, this program offers the same great activities, games, and staff in a more condensed session. This is a good opportunity for young campers that want to try out the camp experience without spending a full week away from home.
Monster Lake Swim | Ages 14 & older
Being held at Camp Manitou in its 28th year, this is a two-mile swimming event for all ages. Swimmers less than 14 years old must receive approval from the Race Director or the Eau Claire YMCA Swim Team coach prior to entering the event. Register at the Eau Claire YMCA or through Active.com.
Camp Wabi | Entering grades 6-10
Camp Wabi is a camp for youth who struggle with obesity. A partnership between Mayo Clinic Health System and Camp Manitou, Camp Wabi is designed to provide a fun camp experience while teaching healthy living habits. Although some campers are nervous coming in, they often report it as the highlight of their summer when they leave! See the Camp Wabi website for more information and registration.
